Cintron’s Coastal Catering is the most professional service I have EVER encountered. The process and presentation is immaculate and well organized from start to finish. It starts with the knowledge and preparation weeks in advance. This includes very a detailed plan which the team outlines from an on site visit to scout the best area for set up along with a conference call to assess Best drink and food options available at the host preference. This is done with little effort to the Host which is important to me when I’m running a party or event. The team is exceptionally professional with great attitudes and having the ability to perform the services at a very high level, while helping the guests feel welcome because of their great personalities,teamwork and hospitality. The team is very easy to work with and helpful toward the end of the night as well. Once they are finished the area was Cleaner than when we started the party. Im giving 10 stars out of 5!! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY and thankful for the experience in using Cintron’s Coastal Catering services. I recommend this service to everyone that is hosting a party.

Coastal Margarita
Gently muddled cucumber w/ lime juice, reposado tequila, cointreau & white cranberry. Shaken & strained over ice. Garnished w/ a cucumber wheel & mint sprig.
Cantarito Jalapeno
A twist on the paloma, this Jalisan staple shakes up reposado tequila, grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice & a pinch salt. Strained & topped w/ grapefruit soda & garnished w/ a lime wedge & Tajín seasoning.
Watermelon Tequila Punch
Gently muddled watermelon, Tequila Blanco, watermelon juice, lime juice, mint & simple syrup. Strained over ice & topped w/ a splash of soda water.
Orange Vodka Crush
Gently muddled orange & watermelon, shaken w/ Tito’s Vodka, cointreau, lime juice, fresh orange juice, & mint. Strained over ice & topped with lemon lime soda.
Blue Lagoon
Our summertime lemonade mixes freshly muddled cucumber & simple syrup w/ vodka, lemonade & blue curacao. Stirred & garnished w/ a maraschino cherry & cucumber wedge.
Vodka Spritzer
Coastal's version of a traditional spritzer includes vodka, red cranberry, orange juice and ginger ale. Stirred & garnished w/ a maraschino cherry & lemon wedge.
Bourbon Pearpalooza
A bourbon cocktail w/ muddled pear & lemon juice, maple syrup, bourbon, orange juice & white cranberry. Shaken & garnished w/ an orange peel twist & maraschino cherry.
Kentucky Mule
This variation substitutes bourbon for vodka. The weightier profile of bourbon cuts through the ginger more noticeably than vodka, resulting in a more flavorful drink than the original.
Mai Tai’p of Rum Punch
We’re spinning Trader Vic’s classic and shaking it up rum punch style. Sit back, sip & enjoy our version of a beach bar tradition.
Coastal Pina Colada
A summer favorite made w/ Cintron’s Coastal Pina Colada homemade blend, shaken w/ white rum & served over ice w/ a pineapple wedge garnish.
Coastal Orange Pina Creamsicle
This summer favorite is a twist on Cintron’s Coastal Pina Colada homemade blend adding orange juice & freshly muddled orange, shaken w/ white rum & served over ice w/ an orange wedge garnish.
We only use the best ingredients that include the best of New Jersey’s freshest and ripest fruits and herbs.
We blend the best of the Garden State with our curated list of spirits to make the most refreshing cocktails, that can also be made as mocktails. Our menu is a collection of event proven favorites that have been taste tested and guests requested. Additionally, we will build a specialty menu to meet your event needs and tweak our menu to fit your specific vision.
