We provide a menu that fits a variety of allergy friendly needs. Our menu has been curated over time and can be modified to provide Gluten Free options. CCC’s Grill Package Menu provides menu options that are made on site by our amazing grill chefs. We also offer a variety of local options, as we have developed a network of collaborators from around the Jersey Shore. Whether you are looking to bring your local restaurant favorites to your guests, or introduce something new, we will gladly make it happen for you.

Cintron’s Coastal Catering is the most professional service I have EVER encountered. The process and presentation is immaculate and well organized from start to finish. It starts with the knowledge and preparation weeks in advance. This includes very a detailed plan which the team outlines from an on site visit to scout the best area for set up along with a conference call to assess Best drink and food options available at the host preference. This is done with little effort to the Host which is important to me when I’m running a party or event. The team is exceptionally professional with great attitudes and having the ability to perform the services at a very high level, while helping the guests feel welcome because of their great personalities,teamwork and hospitality. The team is very easy to work with and helpful toward the end of the night as well. Once they are finished the area was Cleaner than when we started the party. Im giving 10 stars out of 5!! I am EXTREMELY HAPPY and thankful for the experience in using Cintron’s Coastal Catering services. I recommend this service to everyone that is hosting a party.
